Our 2 bedroom static comprises of 1 double,1 twin room and 1 double fold up bed.A bathroom with toilet,shower and hand basin.
The kitchen includes,Iron,Toaster,Kettle,Microwave,Gas Oven,Gas Hobb,Kitchenware and a dinning area that seats 6 people.
The Lounge has a large seating area,Gas fire,Freeview tv,Lcd tv,dvd player and stereo as well as a few board games and books to keep the younger ones entertained.
Dvd\'s are also available.
Outside we have provided a private seating area with furniture and barbeque.
Clean bed linen and duvets are provided on request for a small fee.(Bedding provided for 4 people only)
Toiletries are not provided.
We are 1.5 miles from the popular holiday resort of Abersoch.Close to Beaches,Golf Course,Horse Riding,Fishing and Walking.
Exceptional views overlooking the whole of Abersoch and Snowdonia mountains.
Weekly rent from £250-£350(seasonal).

We are a small family run business aiming to provide you fantastic accomodation, at affordable prices. Our Caravans provide a spacious and comfortable base for any kind of holiday. Please remember we are always here to help, and will endeavour to make your holiday as comfortable and carefree as possible.
This is the second year we have rented out our caravans, and in the off season the seating has been reupholstered and new carpets fitted, whilst some caravans have been upgraded to newer models.
Please advise us should you have any specific requirements as we can help with travel cots/buggies etc.
All our caravans have tv/dvd/freeview, and fresh beddings for each bed.
Please remember to leave the caravan in a tidy state after departure.
Check in is usually 2pm, check out 12noon. Early check in is available please check for details.
Whilst we understand wear and tear can occur, any serious damages will result in the loss of your £50 security deposit.
We do not allow smoking or pets in any of our Caravans.
Please note- Havens site rules specify that there must not be any same sex groups (stag/hen parties), or smoking in the caravans, Should site security feel the need to remove you from the holiday home you will be asked to leave the park and no refund will be given. Security deposits will be payable on arrival and returned on departure.

we have two mobile homes for hire At Glan-y-Môr. Clarah Bay, Aberystwyth.
One is a Gold standard with gas central heating and double glazing,the other is a Silver standard which has single glazing and electric panel heating.Both mobile homes are to a high standard with all creature comforts including flatscreen tv\'s dvd and freeview.Both mobile homes offer off road parking.
Clarach Bay is a sheltered bay just five minutes drive from Aberystwyth or if you enjoy a walk its about 20 minutes round the mountain path,where you can enjoy panoramic views and even a cup of tea at the mountain cafe.
Great facilities on site include a modern health and fitness centre with a large heated indoor pool, tanning room, a well equipped air conditioned cardio-vascular gym (induction required), sauna and spa bath.
